Are the meals fresh or frozen?

All of our meals are made fresh to order. We never freeze your food, ensuring maximum flavor and nutrition.

How long do the meals last?

Meals stay fresh in the refrigerator for 4–5 days. We recommend eating them within this time frame for the best taste and quality.

Do you offer family-sized options?

Yes! In addition to individual meal preps and packages, we offer “By the Pound” family platters perfect for sharing at home or meal prepping in bulk.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

We offer a variety of options, including lean proteins, balanced carbs, and veggie-forward meals. Check the descriptions of each item or contact us if you have specific concerns.
